Meraki Talent is partnered with a leading financial services provider to support with the recruitment of several Customer Service Call Agents. This is a full-time opportunity (Monday-Friday 9 till 5, 35 hours) for a period of 6 months - initially.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support across phone and digital channels.
• Make outbound calls to assist clients with processing requests, updating information, and providing guidance.
• Transition to handling inbound inquiries, addressing a variety of customer needs.
• Actively listen and respond to customer questions with expertise, creativity, and a commitment to excellent service.
• Stay informed about industry trends and digital advancements to provide innovative solutions.
• Advocate for the customer by identifying trends, offering feedback, and contributing to service improvements.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, with a strong ability to take ownership of customer interactions and resolve issues effectively.
• Confidence in using digital tools and the ability to support customers through phone-based guidance.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Problem-solving abilities to find solutions efficiently and handle requests with professionalism.
• Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, tracking information, and maintaining accurate records.
• A collaborative and self-motivated approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving digital environment.
