My client is seeking a smart, entrepreneurial Customer Service Advisor to enhance customer happiness and contribute to their mission of delivering greener, more sustainable energy solutions.

Day to Day of the role:
- Report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
- Manage and build relationships with multiple customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support existing customers with any issues they may encounter, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collect and report customer feedback and success metrics to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with the technical team to enhance product quality and customer experience.
- Test home battery storage systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect instantly and build rapport with customers.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and emails with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Inquisitive nature, with the ability to ask constructive questions and quickly understand customer needs.
- Strong multitasking abilities and organisational skills.
- Capable of managing multiple relationships and enquiries, ensuring all responsibilities are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Skilled at handling difficult situations with care and understanding.
- A history of achieving results and a strong desire to learn and develop.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Motivated to make an impact and grow with the business.
