Customer Service Coordinator - Fawkes and Reece : Job Details

Are you a Customer Service Coordinator with New Build Experience?

If you have at least a year experience diagnosing defects I would be keen to discuss a Customer Service Coordinator position with you based in Watford

Day to day duties:

• Answering calls and emails from home owners
• Meeting with customers face to face on site
• Conducting homes inspections
• Being the first point of contact on site
• Monitoring the CRM System
• Seeing the customers query through to completion
• Communication with the Operatives and booking in their works
• Communication with sub contractors and site teams
