Description
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner.
- Address and resolve customer issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, and order status.
Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Coordinate with the Operations & Logistics teams to track orders and manage delivery timelines.
Administrative Support:
- Follow-up on outstanding customer issues where required.
- Track sales and product inquiries, coordinating with the appropriate team members to take necessary actions.
Team Collaboration:
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple departments is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Job Offer
- An hourly rate of between £13.50 and £15.50
