Customer Service Operations Co-OrdinatorRushdenUp to £26,000 per annumHours: 37.5 hours per week, 9:00AM – 5:30PM, early finish on a Friday at 4PMJob Purpose: Provide administrative support to Technical Services Department to ensure a consistently high quality and accurate service is provided to our customers & engineers. Provide effective ownership and coordination of several Customer Services related systems. Provide a central resource for common activities across the Department to ensure best practices, procedures and value always which contribute to the overall performance of the Department.Duties include:
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Team as
directed by the Customer Service Manager/Team leader, in amanner which contributes to the attainment of the Departmentvision.
- Provide administrative support of the Technical Services - Department Vehicle Fleet as and when required, to assist in the smooth running of the department. Including:
- Management of van repairs & MOT’s
- Assisting Operations Manager with insurance claims
- Management of the diary for pool vans on Outlook
- New van preparation – racking, security, trackers, camera’s
- Management of Congestion Charges & Toll Accounts – ensuring this is correct and old company vehicles are removed.
- Updating of vehicle ownership log issued to TSD.
- Administration of Monthly Van checks emailed from engineers.
- Management of Engineers Uniform & PPE
- Coordinate the allocation and distribution of ‘shared tools’ ensuring they are available when and where required and fully traceable at all times. This will require involvement in the resource scheduling meetings.
- Ensure all test and service equipment requiring calibration is calibrated within required timescales with minimal disruption to planned work.
- Procurement:
- New tooling
- Engineer consumable stock.
- Assisting Operations with stock/tooling area
- Providing Department Manager with costs for budgets and approval.
- Working with Operations Manager to procure new vans and selling of old.
- Produce all installation kits, according to the specification provided by Project Managers / Lead Engineers and manage the return of equipment to the warehouse in order to assist with effective installations. Responsibilities includes:
- Installation kits, including tools.
- Hire equipment.
- Replacement of damaged / missing parts
- Supporting the Customer Service Manager with the organisation of Department Meetings
- Procurement of lunches
- General organisation of meeting rooms internally/externally
- Participate as a member of the Technical Services team, providing support to other team members where required.
