Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily team huddles to prioritise tasks, set goals, and align team efforts.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth workflows and prompt responses to client needs.
- Manage customer enquiries via Freshdesk, ensuring efficient ticket resolution and high service standards.
- Collaborate across departments, such as sales and operations, to deliver seamless and high-quality customer experiences.
- Utilise tools like HubSpot (CRM) and VoIP systems to streamline communication and improve team performance.
- Act as a hands-on leader, supporting and empowering the team while driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a customer success or leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in team coordination, delegation, and communication.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems such as Freshdesk or HubSpot is highly desirable.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
- Willingness to pick up the phone is essential.

- Based on-site in Chesterfield, with the possibility of hybrid working after an initial period.
- Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with early finishes every other Friday.
