We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team in Ipswich. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers.
- Maintain customer databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing and copying.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service; office-based customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with database management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong team player.
