Purpose of the Role:
- Handling internal and external customer requests professionally, efficiently, and with a focus on maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Prepare quotations, including pricing and commercial decisions.
- Process sales orders, track order progress, manage promotions, respond to enquiries.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and web-based systems to ensure smooth operations and teamwork.
- Maintain flexibility and a team-oriented approach while embracing change.
Essential:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above.
- Proven experience in customer service, including handling enquiries, quotations, managing order processes, and coordinating shipments.
- Skilled in liaising between customers and internal teams to deliver effective service for new and existing clients.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- IT Proficient, including Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Hours:
- 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 to 13:30 on Friday.
