Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of a long-standing packaging wholesaler based in Bradford. Due to continued growth with the company my client is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

This role involves managing the day-to-day workload of 2 Customer Service Advisors and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service standards.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage and coordinate the workload of the Customer Service team
  • Handle order taking and processing on a daily basis, and provide support during seasonal peaks
  • Maintain and enhance the standard of customer service excellence
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring all key tasks are completed within prescribed timelines
  • Resolve customer issues, manage returns and credits, and update customer accounts with any additions, deletions, or amendments
  • Responsible for managing the Sales mailbox and ordering office supplies
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting, and ensure compliance with company core values
  • Be a key contact for 2 large accounts
  • Process web shop downloads – cover for holiday/illness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Sales/Customer Service role
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage a team and multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and interact effectively with different stakeholders
  • Ability to handle customer issues and resolutions proficiently
  • Competence in data analysis and basic reporting
  • Familiarity with B2B and E-commerce platforms like Amazon is advantageous
  • Proficiency in managing email communications and processing orders efficiently
