Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role involves a blend of sales and customer service tasks, including order processing, making outbound calls, upselling, and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a drive to meet weekly targets.
Day to day of the role:
- Process orders received via phone and email efficiently and accurately.
- Make daily outbound calls to both existing and new customers to generate sales.
- Upsell products to new and existing customers, enhancing their experience and our business growth.
- Rejuvenate business by re-engaging with past customers and encouraging repeat business.
- Follow up on sample requests and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Take incoming sales calls and operate the Live Chat System in the absence of the Sales Team.
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Service Team, Despatch, Accounts, and H/R departments to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service roles.
- Ability to meet and exceed set weekly targets.
- Strong administrative skills to manage the documentation from calls and account management.
- Experience with conducting mailshots/mailers to existing and/or new customers.
- Excellent communication skills to engage customers and understand their needs.
- Ability to stay informed on all products and update customers on new offerings.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting customer information and reactions.
- Adept at answering customer queries and providing detailed product information.
