For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering:
- Salary £25,000 p/annum
- Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00
- Permanent

The role - Customer Service Executive
- Responsible for managing inbound and outbound enquiries
- Assisting customers with their information requests about cyber security training courses
- Liaise to customers with fluent EU language skills
- Correspond with customers via email and live chat in their native language about course information and costs
- Ensure excellent customer service during each contact.
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive
- European Language Skill: Italian, Dutch, German, or French - ESSENTIAL
- Previous Customer Service Experience gained from office environment - DESIREABLE
- Knowledge of IT / Cyber Security - DESIREABLE
