Customer Service Executive
The company I’m representing is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team in Crawley.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer queries, including call handling, email correspondence, subscription database management, order administration, and secure payment processing.

Day to Day of the Role:
- Handle inbound customer calls and email correspondence with a confident and friendly manner.
- Action changes to subscription databases and administer orders efficiently.
- Securely process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with Client Account Managers to ensure promotional and product details are up-to-date and accurate.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries with excellent attention to detail.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
