  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Accurately document all interactions and escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service practices.
