You'll be the friendly voice customers rely on over the phone, handling queries and delivering exceptional service. Impress in this role, and you'll have the chance to work with high-net-worth clients and manage their accounts.

About the Role:

• Six-month fixed term contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries
• Resolve issues quickly and accurately maintain records
• Handle client communications through email and web chat
• Manage and dispatch documentation as needed
• Address and resolve occasional complaints as the first point of contact
