- Dealing with customer queries over the phone
- Taking payments
- Accurately imputing data onto the system
- Ensuring all the deadlines are met
Minimum Requirements for Customer Service Advisor - Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work to high degree of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay rate: £11.50 - £14.17
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 Friday 09:00 - 16:30
