We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a customer-focused team. In this role, you will assist customers with a variety of queries and provide effective solutions through phone, email, and chat support.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Customer Support: Deliver excellent service to customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Problem-Solving: Handle a range of customer concerns, ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
- Account Management: Assist customers with managing their accounts, including processing requests and providing information on products and services.
- Complaint Handling: Resolve complaints professionally and empathetically, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions.
- Sensitive Situations: Handle sensitive customer situations with empathy, especially when dealing with vulnerable customers or bereaved family members.
What Do You Need to Apply?
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service Experience (Desired): Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial but not essential. We're looking for someone with a passion for helping people and solving problems!
- Empathy and Professionalism: The ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in all situations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to finding solutions for customers' needs.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all interactions are recorded accurately and processes are followed.
- Willingness to Learn: We'll provide full training and support to help you succeed!

- Background Checks: You will be required to pass a credit check and DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
