Location: Leatherhead (Hybrid to begin, transitioning to fully remote)
Salary: £12.31 per hour
Hours: 4:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. This role will initially be based in our Leatherhead office with a hybrid working arrangement, eventually transitioning to a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements:
