I am currently working with a client, who are looking for a Customer Service Operator to join their team on a 6 month FTC.
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Operator role –
- Manage day to day requirements and requests of customers and clients. Communicating these effectively and resolving any issues.
- Manage key accounts through sales contacts within the business, as well as with buyers for customers.
- Respond to queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Generate reports based on statistics and communicate these to management.
- Provide clear communication across multiple departments within the business.
Requirements for the Customer Service Operator role –
- Experience of order processing via email and over the phone is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word etc.)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience of working within the food industry is preferable.
- Experience with using SAP system is desired but not essential.
Extra information for the Customer Service Operator role –
- Office Based.
- Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, with an hour lunch break.
- £29,203.20 Annual salary (Pro rata, based on the 6 month contract duration)
- 21 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (Pro rata, based on the 6 month contract duration)
- Cycle to work scheme.
