What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face that ensures our customers’ rental experience is smooth, efficient, and memorable. From rental to return, you’ll:

  • Provide exceptional, friendly, and efficient service using our proven sales and service techniques.
  • Facilitate the rental process by verifying driver details and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Handle customer questions, comments, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude, resolving any issues to ensure complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities, but not limited:

  • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.
  • Provide information about available vehicle options, rental rates, and additional services such as insurance coverage and GPS navigation systems.
  • Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently, ensuring that the customer completes and signs all necessary documentation.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections with customers before and after rental periods, noting any pre-existing damage and explaining the return procedures.
  • Assist customers with loading and unloading luggage into rental vehicles, ensuring that they are comfortable and familiar with the vehicle's features before departure.
  • Address any inquiries or concerns raised by customers regarding their rental experience, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance, safety, and security, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support, including assisting customers with returning vehicles, processing payments, and resolving billing discrepancies.
