We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team in Hawes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer inquiries.
- Taking and processing inbound orders.
- Handling customer product queries and managing order follow-ups.
- Monitoring the inbound email address and responding to customer queries.
- Entering and processing export, glazing, and imprint orders.
- Processing returns and issuing credits.
- General office duties to support the team.

- Attention to detail when processing orders and handling customer requests.
