Background checks: Due to the nature of some of the roles and the customer information you will have access to in your role, we may work with you to secure CTC-level Govt. security clearance.

The minimum requirements needed are (in addition to demonstrating your right to work in the UK):

• Permanent UK residency or indefinite leave to remain in the UK; and continuously resident in the UK for the last 3 years; and A current valid passport

• The ability to handle a variety of calls with resilience and determination.
• Basic computer skills such as navigating between systems and switching between
• different applications.
• Flexibility, great attendance, and good time keeping making sure you're available for our customers when they need you most.
• Provide a world class customer service
• Ability to understand the costumer's needs
• Provide resolution at first point of contact, building trust Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Training Duration: Generally, 10 days

Shifts and Salary:

Working hours are BETWEEN...

• 08.00am - 8.00pm Monday - Friday
• 09.00am - 5.30pm Saturday and Sunday

Typically working 5 days over 7, with options for condensed hours working 4 longer days over 7
