Customer Service Representative - CastleView Group : Job Details

We have an exciting opportunity for several ambitious candidates to join a well-established company as Customer Service Representative. You need to be motivated and driven and have the desire to learn new skills. If this is you, we look forward to your application.

Our client manufacture, process and distribute glass in the UK under their brand name, using the most advanced glass and coating technology.

Your duties:

• To deal with customer requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently, and professionally to provide excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• To handle customer complaints professionally and in accordance with company procedure to bring about a prompt resolution.
• To ensure all orders, requests and appropriate documentation are processed efficiently and accurately to ensure we complete within the agreed time scales and minimise cost of quality.
• To work with and liaise with team members and departments to ensure orders and requests are fulfilled as agreed on time in full in a cost-effective manner.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous Customer service experience.
• Previous Administrator experience.
• Computer literate
• Punctual & reliable

Shifts and Salary

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pmSalary - £21,000 - £23,000 depending on experience

This is a Temp to Perm position with permanent contract opportunity after 12 weeks. After 12 weeks you will also be enrolled into the work bonus scheme.
