An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in High Wycombe as a Customer Service Representative, paying an annual salary of between £23,000 - £24,000 depending on experience.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Analyse customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist customers with product information and orders
- Liaise with clients to keep them informed of progress or if any issues arise.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- General ad hoc duties as and when required
The successful Customer Service Representative will have the following related skills / experience:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Assertive with a professional approach to all aspects of work
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office package
- Self-motivated and adaptable to team environments
- Able to prioritise tasks.
- Flexible working attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Manage workload effectively under pressure, ensuring deadlines are always met.
