We are on the look out for a Customer Service Sales Advisor for our leading tech business based in Manchester! Are you looking for a Customer Service Sales Advisor role that will offer commission to cross sell additional services into existing clients? The package for Customer Service Sales Advisor:

• A basic salary of £26,000
• An uncapped commission structure and OTE of £35,000
• 36 days holidays per year and Xmas shut down!

The role of Customer Service Sales Advisor:

• Outbound calling existing clients and cross selling them additional tech products
• Identifying opportunities and book them in for meeting with a tech specialist
• Identifying pain points and opportunities to effectively expand client spend
• Working towards KPI’s and targets

What we're after for the Customer Service Sales Advisor:

• Experience in working in a phone based customer service or sales position
• Someone who is comfortable working towards KPI’s and driven
• Somebody who is techsavvy, ideally with an IT or tech related background either professionally or educationally
