Customer Service & Sales Advisor

Up to £28,000 + Bonus

The Company

An established business within Manufacturing that has experienced substantial growth in the last 5 years. Offering both off the shelf products and bespoke design, they employ around 70 staff, working in various markets. In this role you will be working within the sales team, building on customer relationships.

What will you do as a Customer Service & Sales Advisor

• Process customer orders
• Monitor customer service inbox and ensure orders are on time
• Send out sales literature to new enquiries
• Assist with sales calling upselling to customer base and advising of promotions
• Liaise with logistics to ensure orders are shipped correctly

What will you need to be a Customer Service & Sales Advisor

• Experience working with a sales environment or for a sales team
• Happy to be onsite 5 days a week
• Knowledge of using Sage would be an advantage
• Confident and happy to upsell and drive promotions
• Excellent communication skills
