We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our fabulous client's team, providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering top-notch customer support.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Specialist:- Communicate effectively with existing customers via phone, email, and chat in both - Build on the customer relationship in order to retain their business

- Updating company CRM with changes in customer details - Sending out samples and marketing materials

- Utilise upselling techniques to promote additional products or services- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Skills for Customer Service Specialist:- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner- Proficient in data entry to maintain accurate customer records- Previous customer service skills to make a positive impact on our customers' experience.

Successful only candidates will be contact within 5 working days. This role is Office based and you will need to have worked in an office customer services or Account Handling environment to be considered.

Salary : 24000 - 25000
