- Responding to a high volume of emails and calls.
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email.
- Inputting and processing new customer warranty claim.
- Arranging customer collections and returns.
- Ordering spare parts for products under warranty.
- Operating Live Chat.
- Handling e-commerce order queries.
- Liaising with the warehouse team in relation to order queries.
- Processing e-commerce customer returns.
The ideal candidate:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to upsell services or products to enhance customer experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft products, word, outlook.
- Understanding of Empathy.
- Must be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
