£26,000 - £27,000 - plus annual bonus up to 4% of salary

Purpose of Role:
To support the and manage 3-4 Customer Service Administrators to ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience from order to project completion.
Duties:
- Training staff
- Responsible for overseeing the order processing - ensuring equipment is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing escalation of queries, more complex issues and complaints.
- To resolve challenges for customers when orders cannot be fulfilled.
- Finalisation of projects working with the Sales Team.
- Adhering to company processes and procedures.
- Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Accounts Departments
- Build excellent relationships with customers.
- Conduct staff appraisals for development.
Experience:
- Previous experience within a senior role
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Good knowledge of MS office (essential)
- Strong administration and customer service skills
- Ability to work calmly in a busy environment
- Ability to motivate a team
