This is a role that requires dynamic, problem solvers to run through their client support holding high customer service satisfaction at the highest regard.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence from customers
- Delivering step by step technical support
- Support updating records, Trackers and databases
- Create service reports based on support given over the telephone
- Work closely with multi functional departments to organise maintenance and scheduled works
