Location: LeatherheadHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30Holiday Entitlement: 25 days annual leave plus Bank HolidaysSalary: £28,000 per annum

Job Purpose

Join our client's dynamic team and provide essential support to the administration team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make telephone contact with clients in specific situations.
  • Request and compare quotes.
  • Place orders as needed.
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Manage disputes and liaise with issuers.
  • Perform ad-hoc administration tasks as required.

Candidate Specification

Qualifications:

  • GCSE in Mathematics and English at Grade B or above.

Previous Experience:

  • Previous administration experience in a deadline-focused environment.
  • Experience in a customer services or sales environment.

Knowledge:

  • General understanding of claims processes.

Skills:

  • High level of numeracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients and suppliers.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.

Competencies and Experience:

  • Proficient user of MS Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with workflow management tools such as Salesforce or other CRM systems.
