SALARY: £23,795.20 per annum

MATERNITY CONTRACT (9-12 MONTHS)

WORKING HOURS: 40 HOURS per week

Monday to Friday 10.00am-7.00pm

ESS Employment are seeking a candidate with good customer service skills to work for our client based in Yate.

Role summary:

ESS Employment are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a national company based near to Yate. Working with the company operations and account management teams dealing with customers needs and enquiries.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answer the telephone and ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally to give the highest customer service.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure great customer service delivery - every time
  • Engage proactively with service centres to ensure customer requirements are received and actioned
  • Process/raise service calls/orders etc. as per procedures.
  • Carry out account amendments and updates accurately.
  • Deal with customer queries and requests.
  • Undertake any other customer account support duties as required
  • Other duties as required
