Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle incoming calls from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
- Interact with customers through email and live chat, ensuring all communication is clear and professional.
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Utilise various software systems to document customer interactions and track resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
