Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle incoming calls from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Interact with customers through email and live chat, ensuring all communication is clear and professional.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Utilise various software systems to document customer interactions and track resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
