Our client is one of the fastest growing Insurance brokerages within the Shropshire region. As part of their ongoing development and growth, they now have a vacancy for a customer services advisor. Insurance experience is not essential, but a good experience and attitude is very necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Servicing existing clients throughout the duration of their policy
• Dealing with mid-term changes for clients
• Liaising with insurers to obtain the right outcome for clients
• Executing daily administration functions
• Dealing with general queries including accounting ones
