We're seeking a dynamic & dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our clients' industry-leading team in Crawley.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls and emails from customers and sales representatives
• Processing orders and payments efficiently
• Tracking orders and providing updates to customers
• Offering product advice and support
• Addressing customer finance inquiries
• Setting up accounts in our ERP system
• Coordinating special deliveries or pickups
• Adhering to compliance standards and regulations

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven customer service experience
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, such as SAP
• Strong numerical and financial acumen
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to help others
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
• A customer-focused approach and a pragmatic problem-solving style
