As a crucial member of the Customer Services department, you will work with the team to uphold a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with external customers and drive process improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Delivering first-class customer service and managing customer orders efficiently.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring all their enquiries are handled promptly to drive new business and loyalty.
- Collaborate across departments to eliminate barriers that impact the customer experience and recommend improvements to customer service procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service dealing with products (rather than services), preferably within a manufacturing organisation.
- Order entry experience.
- Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise under pressure, and utilise knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office products.
- Highly motivated with a continuous improvement and process-oriented mindset, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- A team player with the flexibility to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.
