Customer Services - ISA Transfers
Sterling Williams are working closely with a City based Bank who are looking to hire into their Customer Services department.
Salary circa £35,000 - £40,000 pa plus benefits.
The successful candidate will have experience (Specifically within the Isa field) and demonstrable experience of providing an excellent level of customer service across all channels; Phone, Email, Secure Message & Letter.
Taking of new deposits both fixed and notice accounts, rollovers and repaymentsKeeping customers records up to date at all timesThe ability to multitask, servicing numerous customers via different contact channelsDemonstrate sound understanding of the Bank’s products and services; articulating these to your customer in an engaging and confident manner.Inputting of daily transactions into the banking systemPreparing and inputting daily transfers and payments
Technical Skills sought:
A strong understanding of the end to end process of an ISA journey, between ceding and acquiring partiesISA administration knowledgePSW - BACS payment system understandingTISA (The Investing and Saving Alliance) UK knowledgeExcellent administrative skillsMicrosoft Office: Word, Excel, OutlookBanking Systems (Including Online Banking)
The successful candidate will have experience in Banking, or a Financial Services call centre or client services team, and will have prior experience with ISA'S
