The role of CS Administrator

This is a hands on role where you will be the first point of contact dealing with a variety of enquiries from customers via telephone and email and must be dealt with positively and professionally.

Update systems.

Chase up on any outstanding issue to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Check on stock and delivery times.

Listen to the customers needs and escalate if required.

Ensure all new enquiries are acknowledged and responding too within the companies guidelines.

About you as a Administrator

Experience within Office administration / customer services

Strong attention to detail.

Takes ownership to get the job done to a high standard.

Highly organised

Excellent written and verbal skills.
