Your new companyA family-run, luxury retail business based near Derby, offering a bespoke service to their customers. Your new roleAs an online Customer Services/Sales Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent communication with customers to convert enquiries to sales, manage sales via email, live chat and telephone, respond to customer enquiries using your knowledge of the products (training will be provided), process payments, confirm orders, provide after sales care, and coordinate sales in line with other internal departments.
