Customer Solutions Design Specialist - SC/DV ClearedLocation: Chippenham (flexible) or Bristol - Hybrid (3 days in office)Rate: £465 - £624 per day (Inside IR35)Duration: 6 months with potential extension

Are you a skilled Solution Designer with expertise in Unified Communications and active SC or DV Clearance? This is a fantastic opportunity to work with defence customers and cross-functional business units to design and implement secure, cutting-edge communication solutions.

• Design and implement on-premise and cloud-based Unified Communication solutions (PBX, VoIP, video conferencing).
• Engage in bid & costing activities to ensure cost-effective solutions (CAPEX/OPEX).
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Technology, Security & Operations teams.
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust solution designs.
• Lead customer engagement, migration planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.

? Active SC or DV Clearance (UKSV)? Proven expertise in PBX, VoIP, SIP, video conferencing, enterprise mobility (4G/5G, EMM, MDM)? Strong experience with Cisco, Juniper, Ericsson, Nokia, F5, Palo Alto technologies? Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and deploying Unified Communication solutions? Commercial awareness of CAPEX/OPEX costings?
