Customer Success Advisor required in Northampton
£27,000 basic + OTE of £13,000
Monday to Friday only
Our client, an expanding Automotive provider is seeking a personable and customer centric Customer Success Advisor (CSA) to join their family-run centre today.
Your main responsibility will be delivering a positive customer journey. You’ll be engaging with business owners in a friendly manner and handle each query with expert care and efficiency. There will also be opportunity to earn yourself additional salary through upselling and customer efficiency.

You must possess previous experience within a busy Customer Service role - experience within the Automotive sector would be beneficial but not essential.
