Customer Service Manager
Up to £45,000 per annum.
St. Albans.
This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Manager who is seeking a dynamic and rewarding opportunity. This candidate will ensure the highest level of customer experience. This role involves supporting the team in their daily tasks, achieving departmental KPIs, and playing a crucial role in the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be proactive, present, and vocal within the office to support the Customer Success Team in a highly reactive environment.
- Make key decisions quickly and effectively to deliver excellent customer service.
- Source, interpret, and analyse departmental data from an internal CRM system to ensure effective performance of the Customer Service Team.
- Lead the Customer Service Team in coordinating our engineering team to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of required works, meeting industry set guidelines on response times and internal KPIs.
- Provide administrative support to your team when required, including responding to emails and answering telephone calls to ensure the team's KPIs are met.
- Serve as the main contact within the Customer Success Team for both internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to get work done effectively and efficiently.

- Experience with internal and external systems management is a plus.
