Key Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you will:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to initial enquiries.
  • Prepare, issue, and manage quotations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process payments securely and in a timely manner.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with operatives and contractors to address and resolve site issues.
  • Maintain open, consistent communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
