Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing professional assistance and escalating issues when necessary.
- Prepare and issue customer quotations, follow up on proposals and track progress on pending deals.
- Support the sales team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating sales activities.
- Maintain and update customer information and project details in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights to assist with forecasting and performance reviews.
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare and manage all relevant documentation, including contracts, invoices and delivery schedules.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in using SAGE software is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload efficiently.
