Customer Support Advisor - Harvey Beric Associates : Job Details

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join our client based in Swadlincote. Working as part of a fast-paced team you will be responsible for inputting customer purchase orders and answering incoming sales office calls. Key responsibilities will include:

• Process allocated orders
• Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Deal with after sales issues, including complaints
• Coordinate stock returns & documentation
• Gain good product knowledge
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy customer service/sales environment, have excellent attention to details and be able to prioritise own workload.
