Profile
- Essential customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A passion for helping others and an empathetic approach to customers who struggle with technology
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to investigate how things work
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- An interest in technology and its potential to improve lives
