What You'll Do:
- Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with both UK and international customers, ensuring their satisfaction every time.
- Manage Orders: Oversee the entire process from input to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate Clearly: Keep customers informed and manage their expectations with transparency.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Supply Chain and other departments to manage promotions and peak periods.
- Problem-Solve: Address issues proactively to prevent service disruptions.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with customers and hauliers to ensure seamless deliveries.

- Customer Service Pro: Experience in a similar role within the logistics industry is a plus.
