Location: Redditch

Contract Length: 12-15 MonthsSalary: £27,000 - £29,000Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday to Thursday), Early Finish at 3:30 PM on Fridays!Hybrid Working: Office days on Tuesday and Wednesday

What You'll Do:

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with both UK and international customers, ensuring their satisfaction every time.
  • Manage Orders: Oversee the entire process from input to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate Clearly: Keep customers informed and manage their expectations with transparency.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Supply Chain and other departments to manage promotions and peak periods.
  • Problem-Solve: Address issues proactively to prevent service disruptions.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with customers and hauliers to ensure seamless deliveries.

About You:

  • Customer Service Pro: Experience in a similar role within the logistics industry is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
