Customer Support Coordinator (Senior), Reading:
- Lead a team of two and report into a Senior Manager
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling escalated enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage and process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Analysis of data and working with a few different systems
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain and update customer records within the company's systems.
- Support service-related queries, warranty claims, and product returns.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service processes.
- Assist in training junior team members and sharing best practices.
- Contribute to departmental goals and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Profile
Customer Support Coordinator (Senior), Reading:
- Previous experience of leadership or experience to demonstrate you are ready to step up into this role
- You must be good with data and systems this means good VLOOKUPs and Pivots Tables in Excel
- Previous experience in a senior customer service or coordination role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Offer
Salary of circa £30,000 to £35,000 plus excellent package including a degree of hybrid working.
