Description

Customer Support Coordinator (Senior), Reading:

  • Lead a team of two and report into a Senior Manager
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling escalated enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Manage and process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely fulfilment.
  • Analysis of data and working with a few different systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update customer records within the company's systems.
  • Support service-related queries, warranty claims, and product returns.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service processes.
  • Assist in training junior team members and sharing best practices.
  • Contribute to departmental goals and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Profile

Customer Support Coordinator (Senior), Reading:

  • Previous experience of leadership or experience to demonstrate you are ready to step up into this role
  • You must be good with data and systems this means good VLOOKUPs and Pivots Tables in Excel
  • Previous experience in a senior customer service or coordination role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or tools-related industry is advantageous.

Job Offer

Salary of circa £30,000 to £35,000 plus excellent package including a degree of hybrid working.
