A world leader in the design, manufacture and installation of seismic instrumentation used in seismology research, oil and gas exploration and production.With the continued expansion of our business we are recruiting a highly capable Customer Support team member with the responsibility of providing technical assistance to our global customer network.We develop ocean bottom systems for deployment at depths of more than 6km. Our sensors are used in earthquake early warning systems, Monitoring of Volcanic activity and Oil and Gas exploration on land and at sea. The business, which employs 80 people, is based in Aldermaston, Berkshire, UK.The company is engaged in a wide variety of engineering disciplines ranging from intricate mechanical design challenges requiring micron level accuracy to large scale mechanical systems, electronics and software.Job Description/ResponsibilitiesTo provide technical support to our international client base, distributors, users and operators. A role that requires a broad-based technical understanding of our products, the underlying technology and its application.
