Location: RamsgateSalary: CompetitiveWorking Pattern: Full-time, onsite (no hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Proactively resolve customer queries, including account and warranty-related issues.
  • Manage order scheduling, maintain the Forward Load for dedicated accounts, and liaise with the Commercial Manager to address prioritisation challenges.
  • Facilitate communication between workshops and customers to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide weekly updates on On-Time Delivery (OTD) scores.
  • Monitor and maintain Gross Margin for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare and communicate customer status reports for designated accounts.
  • Process and raise work orders (WO) for customers.
  • Ensure proper filing and scanning of work packs upon completion.
