Key Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive:
- Managing existing relationships with the network of catering equipment distributors
- Being the support network for all stakeholders, answering calls and emails, and offering a one-stop resolution for all
- Achieving revenue and margin targets for the customer base
- Completing administrative tasks such as resolving invoice disputes, registering new accounts and maintaining accurate dealer records
- Resolving any carrier issues presented to the team via the delivery partners
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Support Executive:
- Previous experience working in a sales and customer service background is preferred
- You will need strong administration experience
- Good communication and negotiation skills is required
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is required
- Willingness to develop and be open to learning new skills is essential
